Paul & Nanette Ostrander
Pastor Paul Ostrander
Pastor Paul and Nan gave their lives to Christ at different times in their lives and by the providence of God were brought together. Their desire is first and foremost to glorify Jesus Christ in their lives, marriage and ministry. Their hope is that if you learn nothing else from this website that you would know that Jesus Christ died on the cross for their sins and yours too, was buried, and arose the third day victorious over satan, sin and death. Jesus did this to pay the penalty of our sin and to be a substitute for all who believe. The Bible says, “that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” The Bible says, “the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” The Bible says, “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be save.” (Romans 10:9-10, 13 NASB)

Paul graduated from High School in 1973 earning a full scholarship from the University of Wyoming to play football. Married Nanette his high school sweetheart in December of 1974.

Not receiving his call to ministry until some years later, he and his wife stayed in Laramie, Wyoming raising their three boys while Paul worked in the construction industry for many years including 12 years where he ran his own residential construction business. It was while they attended Grace Baptist Church in 1997 Paul received his call into the ministry and his license to preach from Laramie Valley Chapel. He started his studies with Moody Bible Institute through their Extended Studies Program. His first pastorate was for Centennial Valley Community Church at the base of the Snowy Range Mountain 32 miles from Laramie where he also was ordained to the ministry. After almost five years, he felt the need for additional training. It was then God opened doors for him to attend Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis Tennessee where he graduated March of 2006. While attending seminary he served as interim pastor for Peterson Lake Baptist Church in Collierville, TN. Opened to where God would lead, but felt the West pulling on his heart, God called him to Wicks Lane Baptist Church in Billings Montana, where he believes the preaching of the Word is his primary responsibility.

Pastor Paul and Nanette are working as a team along with faithful elders and deacons to reach the Heights for Christ and edifying the saints.
